Open Public Service was founded in 1996, in Bucharest. We started with direct marketing services — data processing, personalisation, dispatch. We grew organically, adding e-commerce, promotional logistics and, in the last decade, operational consulting.
We did not follow a spectacular business plan. We solved our clients' problems, one by one, year after year. From these repeated solutions came processes. From processes came standards. From standards came PromoGrid. And now we propose a concept that cuts an older Gordian knot: THE THIRD WAY.
